Gentle & Effective Prenatal for Moms 35+
I’ve tried several prenatal vitamins, but New Chapter’s One Daily Prenatal for 35+ has been the best by far. As someone sensitive to supplements, I appreciate that these are gentle on my stomach and made with whole-food ingredients. No nausea or unpleasant aftertaste! The inclusion of methylfolate (instead of folic acid) and choline gives me peace of mind, knowing I’m getting the most bioavailable forms of these crucial nutrients for my baby’s development. The fact that it’s formulated specifically for women over 35 is a nice touch, addressing our unique nutritional needs. I also love that it’s non-GMO, organic, and vegetarian-friendly. The one-a-day dosage is convenient, and the tablet is easy to swallow. While the price is a bit higher than some other brands, the quality justifies it—I’d rather invest in a premium vitamin that works! Highly recommend for any expecting mama, especially those with dietary sensitivities or in their mid-30s and beyond. Five stars!

The only prenatals that worked for me.
I tried 3 prenatal vitamins that caused different types of side effects. One vitamin gave me fishy burps, the other made me break out, the third one made me very very nauseous. So I gave up and stopped taking any prenatals. Unfortunately, that lead to low iron levels and me getting sick twice in a month in my 6th month of pregnancy. I purchased these vitamins having very little hope. I was waiting for the side effects to show up, but they did not. I have been taking them for 10 days now and I feel very good. I have a very sensitive stomach and let me tell you, they are very gentle on the stomach. I always take them with lunch. I need to warn you that they are big and smell bad, but any vitamin b supplements tend to have a bad smell and these prenatals have several types of Vitamin B in them. I definitely recommend them, because they seem to be working without giving me any issues.

Best prenatals
Kinda big, but I love that I only have to take one instead of 2 or 3 a day. Has everything I wanted in a prenatal in it. Impressed it has L 5 methylfolate for folic acid instead of synthetic folic acid. As someone who has the MTHFR gene mutation it is perfect.

Like it’s One Tab Daily, the taste not so great
I have been taking New Chapter Perfect Prenatal Advanced (3 tabs daily) for many years due to my PCOS including when pregnant for my first child. Now that I’m expecting again and will be 35 in a few months I decided to give this New Chapter once daily vitamin 35+ a try. Swallowing only One tablet a day is great, the taste is absolutely awful though! It has a very strong iron and metallic taste so gross I have to coat it in honey to block it out. It smells metallic too. The Perfect Prenatal vitamins are milder in taste and more tolerable to be honest.
