Perfect for hanging a cabinet or bookshelf. No pre-drilling necessary when going through the back of the cabinet/bookshelf, drywall and then into the stud. It came with a driver (on the left in the photo) but I recommend purchasing something like the GRK T-15 bits (shown in between the screws). The driver supplied with the screws is designed for a drill. The GRK bits are designed for use with an impact driver (and can also be used with a drill). You are using an impact driver for stuff like this, right? Someone once told me "Drills are for drilling, drivers are for driving". Anyhow, these screws, a stud finder, a level and an impact driver made quick work of securing my latest project to a wall.

GRK cabinet screw work great for cabinets. I have also used for securing railings. Cost here is a bit high for smaller quantities. I'd grade grip as medium as I have stripped out some holes by over torquing.

I like the washer type head on these and don't bother to use wood plugs. The torx bits that are included with the fasteners are tougher than generic quality ones you might buy somewhere else. The tips don't round over as easily.

I love these things. They are a bit pricey, but I keep buying them because I've never sheered one, they seem to hold very well, and I know I can get away with smaller or no pilot holes.

I use tons of these screws in my construction business. GRK is a great product. My local home stores only stock cheap chines knockoffs. The screws are made in Germany.

Used these screws to secure new window. Much easier than driving nail and the low profile of the heads is just what I needed.

Much better price then local, hold great come with a bit that seems quality and they have lots of holding power
