If you've ever been stuck upright in your hospital bed because the bed controller broke then you definitely know that it sucks. Who has time to find a manual crank that you misplaced a year ago. Do yourself a favor and buy a backup bed controller. You never know when you might need it. And, it's better to have it and not need it but need it and not have it. It may be a bit pricey but it's worth it.

Feels much sturdier than my previous replacement controller. It fits into the plug receptacle more securely than the previous one. Would purchase again if needed.

Worked great for the first 4 months then 2 of the buttons stopped working.

I purchased this for my disabled brother, when his electric bed remote died. We got it quick , which was important, and it was relatively easy to install. Happy with my purchase.
