This is really good product and looks very sturdy. It also also checks and cleans itself regularly, even the milk dispensing spout gets cleaned by the machine after each serving.

the machine is absolutely amazing and very easy to use; Quality of coffee is just "perfect" and a lot of options are available.

They said its new but its not. Bags are all opened and nothing sealed. They play a good role fooling others but not me. I was about to leave to other country so I tried to use it and see if working. Cleaning dust took sometime to avoid covid-19 touches. It didnt work at the beginning making a high noise. Clearly the bump was used without water inside and I may damage keep trying. I decided to return the item but if I returning let me try again after awhile. The noise was high but tried 20+ times till noise changed but no water. After few more times water came out and all happy. The shop was not honest saying ITEM IS NEW neither make more effort hiding bad re-packaging. But the machine is too fine now, and I'm using it daily making very nice cups of coffee. I highly recommend Delonghi and primadonna class. The only thing I was wrong about this machine is that its for office use. If you need home use go DELONGHI DYNAMICA or lower.

I have received a coffee machine with unworking milk container (coffee machine just show me 'insert milk container' for all beverages with milk). And I still can't repair it, because courier doesn't come.

I have been using De Longhi Eletta for 2 years, few months ago I decided to buy another coffee machine to my office, I bought this Primadonna S because it has some addtional options but I was cery disappointed with the steal, it is so lame, It get scratched after the first time you clean it, and the scratches remains there forever.. I didn’t know how to qttach an image here!!

Ja es stimmt, die Primadonna-Serie von De'Longhi ist schon in der höherpreisigen Kategorie einzuordnen. Aber das auch absolut zurecht. Geht los bei der Optik und Haptik. Die Maschine sieht sehr stylisch aus und alles fühlt sich hochwertig und robust an. Die Hochwertigkeit gilt dabei nicht nur für das Äußere, nein auch der Wassertank, der Tresterbehälter, die Auffangschale und die Brühgruppe machen einen qualitativ sehr gute Eindruck. Hier wurde zwar auch - wie bei den meisten Kaffeevollautomaten - die Brühgruppe aus Kunststoff gefertigt, aber im Gegensatz zu manchem Wettbewerber macht sie einen deutlich robusteren Eindruck. Aber nun zum wichtigsten Feature...das "Kaffee machen". Sämtliche Getränkevarianten sind sehr schmackhaft und haben ein vollmundiges Kaffeearoma. Das hängt natürlich auch von der Bohne ab, aber zwischen unserer alten Maschine (5 Jahre alt von einem anderen Hersteller) und dieser Maschine hier liegen bei Verwendung der gleichen Bohnen noch Welten ! Der Milchschaum ist, wie von vielen anderen Rezensenten ebenfalls geschrieben ein Traum. Es bleibt lange Zeit stabil und schmeckt richtig cremig. Durch das Edelstahlgehäuse ist sie leicht zu reinigen und sieht immer top gepflegt aus. Die Bluetooth Anbindung funktioniert mit der zugehörigen App ebenfalls sehr gut. Der Nutzen ist dabei für den täglichen Gebrauch eher weniger vorhanden (gibt ja keinen Robbi, der mir automatisch einen Becher unterstellt) . Aber für die Einstellung der Getränke (Mengen, Stärke, Milchschaummenge etc.) ist die App super und erleichtert das Einstellen an Anfang erheblich. Wer guten und leckeren Kaffee zu schätzen weiß, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.

Très bien ,mon ancienne cafetière delonghi a au compteur 19000 cafe et marche encore c est pour moi la meilleure marque. Je trouve que les options laisse à désirer sur un modèle à ce prix par exemple on peut régler la température de l eau mais je très trouve que même au minimum c est encore trop chaud pour moi. On ne peut pas régler l ordre des boissons ’il n y a pas de favoris non plus. J ai longtemps chercher la différence entre mon modèle qui est plus cher de 100e et un autre modèle paraissant identique.la plus chère à l avant en inox brossé et la moins chère en plastic gris.

this is an excellent coffee maker which doe spretty much everything except bake your croissant, and was good value from 3rd party supplier. Paid £700 and it arrived within 24 hours.
