I love this enzyme. I am currently on my second bottle. It’s beneficial in helping digest foods like beans or protein. I like that it also contains pre and probiotics. My digestion feels much better since I started using this product. It does not upset my stomach or leave a bad aftertaste. Great product.

But to ensure I always feel like this without going crazy with the usage, I made sure to work out a bit harder to keep myself going. The pills are easy to swallow so just get a beverage of choice and take it to the head. And yes... I use this supplement during a late-night snack or meal. DON'T JUDGE ME! I have a lot of food intolerances and stomach issues. I have been taking a probiotic for many years. This is, by far, the best probiotic I have ever taken. I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago and it never occurred to me that I should be taking that into consideration when using a probiotic. In the past, no matter how much money I paid, the probiotics I took were ineffective. It took a lot of research to realize that this product is what I needed. Some probiotics have an unpleasant smell, this does not. I can't tell you how much better my touchy stomach is after taking this product for a while. It is also a great value especially for the quality. This is my go-to product from now on.

I suffer from migraines, which affect my abdomen & GI tract, almost as much as my head. The migraines can cause the motility (movement) of my intestines to slow down and even cause constipation. I already take fiber supplements. I thought a digestive enzymes would help too. After 3 days of taking just 1 of these a day, I woke up on the 4th day in such pain! I had so much gut bloating and pain, I could barely move. It hurt for days. Yes, I was using the bathroom. The pain was intestinal cramping, bloating and gas. I took beano (to help withthe gas) and even more fiber in hopes of getting those 3 enzyme capsules and their contents out of my system. I threw the bottle in the trash. Now that it's out of my system, I don't have all that pain, bloating and gas. I have kept up with the increased fiber supplements for my migraine abdominal issues & that seems to work. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Wish I could get my money back. :( *** Update: Within 24 hours of my review, a rep from the company reached out. They asked how they could help and I asked if I could have a refund. Within 24 hours from asking, I received an email saying my refund was processing. Because of their awesome customer service, I'm bumping my rating from 1 star to 3. No all companies would do this for their customers.

These Enzymes are a life changer as far as I'm concerned. I used to have terrible digestion problems for years and kept avoiding certain foods. I suffered unreasonable flatulence. It was so terrible my family would get up and have to leave the room for a few minutes. It was humiliating. I couldn't even stand myself. Then I began to have to go to the bathroom every single time I ate anything at all. I hardly had a normal moment. I tried antibiotics and that helped but the problems came back. I tired yogurt, kombucha, kimchi, and whatever else I could get my hands on at the natural food store near where I live. Nothing was working. It was only getting worse. I loathed eating anything because I knew whatever I ate meant a trip to the bathroom or fleeing family members. I was even beginning to become depressed about this issue. My mother in law suggested digestive enzymes. I bought some from my local heath store. It helped some but not as much as I would have liked. My sister in law gave me something like this product but hers was a pyramid type of deal so I didn't want to buy their product but I was feeling much better so I knew I needed to find sobering like it on my own. I found this all in one with all the good stuff in it. I first started taking one before I ate anything 2 to 3 times a day. The directions say 2 times a day but I took them any time I ate something. I have never had a bathroom problem again and I no longer am abandoned by my family. Lol I take it as directed now 1-2 times a day. I wish I had understood about gut health years ago but at least I know now and this stuff has changed my life. As far as easy to swallow. I don't have a problem. People who have issues with swallowing can perhaps call the manufacturer and ask them if it is safe to take the capsules apart and take the powder inside. I don't see why not but it's best to ask the source. And I don't know why we need to write about flavor. It's a pill, not my dinner. Lol I don't care what it tastes like. I don't really taste anything. I put it towards the back of the throat and drink it down with some water. the other review wants to know about absorbency. It definitely absorbs quickly as far as i know because it hits to work fast. I have been able to digest every single thing I eat every since I've started taking this supplement. I'm giving it 5 stars on everything.
