I’ve tried all of them that are on the market. Even the breeze right clear that are like a plastic but nothing absolutely nothing beats the original. Halfway through the night my nose seems to clog up no matter what I take or what I try and do and that’s the only thing that gives me a decent sleep Without loud snoring!

Breathe Right strips force your nostrils to open wider, and if you have a septum that restricts airflow like mine it can make a massive difference, especially with sleep.I have had trouble getting them to stick on the sides - they’ll start peeling off immediately sometimes.(In my experience Breathe Right is the only brand that sticks at all.) I’ve also had the skin on the bridge of my nose bleed from being ripped by the strip being TOO sticky when I peel it off.My nightly routine is this. I wash my face and then clean my nose with rubbing alcohol. I know that alcohol is drying, but since my nose is oily that’s not a problem. I’ve been doing this for years with no harm to my skin.Also, every night when I go to put it on, I touch the middle section (bridge of nose section) a few times with my fingers to make that part less sticky, so it comes off easier in the morning. That part does not need to be sticky.Hope that helps.
