Q: Would a iPhone 13 Pro Max with a case fit?

I'd be wary, its going to very much depend on the case. I came accross this and thought it would be ideal for me BUT my Iphone 13 pro max with a Rhinoshield case will NOT fit, it's too big by 2mm but it's enough that it would soon break the phone mount.

Q: does it work with smaller smartphones, specifically with iphone 12 mini?

Yes this is an great alrounder As a phone clamp and screw fitting I have got two wouldn't be without in my camera bag

Q: Would this fit iphone 13 with case ?

Should do as I have a S20 ultra and that screen size is 6.9in also I have a Spigen case in aswell

it has standard 1/4" screw if camera has 1/4" screw hole , then it can fit
