Wow, agréablement surprise ! La texture est parfaite et le goût vraiment délicieux. J’ajoute toutefois un peu de crème à café vanille française pour intensifier la saveur de vanille à mon goût.

I have made this four different ways now and finally found the sweet spot. First, I have a Whynter compressor model ice cream maker so I do not have to chill any containers. The first time Imade this, I used 1 cup mix with 4 cups of heavy cream. The ice cream churned up to be very thick and kind of chewy. So, the next time I made it, I used 1 cup mix and 4 cups whole milk, but the texture was more like ice milk. This time, I used 1 cup mix with 2 cups whole milk and 2 cups heavy cream; and the fourth time I used 1 cup mix to 4 cups of half and half. The third time was the charm, so I recommend 1 cup mix to 2 cups heavy cream and 2 cups whole milk because it is the right consistency and texture. It took 50 minutes to freeze in my Whynter. Also, I put about a teaspoon of homemade vanilla in so it would kick up the vanilla flavor. The ratio of 1 cup mix to 4 cups liquid is just right to fit my ice cream maker’s pail without spilling over the top. It’s very easy to make ice cream with this mix. I like to eat it with a few amarena cherries and their syrup on top. It’s not overly sweet and tastes good.

Saveur exquise. Merveilleux milkshake dans notre Gourmia mais cristaux de glace dans la version crème molle. Peut-être pas assez sucrée.

This makes very tasty soft serve ice cream; it's right up there with DQ (actually, better, IMHO). But, don't use water (per the instructions), use whole milk instead. Also, the instructions are for using the entire 6-pound bag in a commercial ice cream machine. For home use, use a 1:2 ratio by volume. For perfect soft serve, I use 2 cups (473 grams) of whole milk and 1 cup (170 grams) of mix. I put that into a large canning jar, shake vigorously, and refrigerate overnight. Pour the mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for 20 minutes.

My bag came punctured and I think it happened the moment that it was placed on my front step because he had a bunch of boxes and they all came down pretty hard. It didn’t have a fragile thing on it so maybe Amazon can package it a little better but they gave me a full refund and I really appreciate that! I went out and got another bag somewhere else and wanted to leave a review for people wondering if it’s good in your ninja creami. I think that this has made all of my first creations successful, I have added different flavours to it and they have alternate really good and a consistency has been excellent each time. I have added flavours through the syrup that I had already for my coffee. You can find recipes to know how much to mix it by googling and it’s been pretty simple, I have been eyeballing it and it seems to work out fine every time!
