Q: What all needs to be bought to use this system.

The Vent Filters can be changed out every two week to a month to 2 months, depending on how dusty your environment is and how often you clean your gear. The vent diffuser strap can be replaced every couple months with use. You would need two boxes of DreamPorts a month to use 32 total days. The DreamWay frame or reusable mask component gets replaced every 3-6 months, depending on care (some users have had a year or more). Humidity selection can effect all of this. The higher the humidity the more frequently you will need to replace, as humidity can cause CPAP geat to sour more frequently. So replace as necessary per your individual needs. The DreamWay mask frame and the DreamPorts are both covered by Medicare with Billing Codes A7034 and A7033. One mask frame every 90 days and 6 boxes of DreamPorts every 90 days. If a DME CPAP seller ever says it's not covered by insurance they are not being truthful, as Medicare contracts with a company to assign all billing codes for them.
