Holy moly! Not sure about your guys bikes but really opened up on the top end, my hawk 250 went from falling on its face at 60 to maintaining 75 effortlessly! Pulls hills better, sounds better. Moderately louder then stock, worth the investment. Great quality, fast shipping. Bolted right up, might not end up right where you want it, but fits great.

I would like to start off by saying I’ve never left a review on a product before because I think it’s a waste of time. But for this I had to make an exception. I had to do some mods to the bike like drilling a new hole in the bracket on the frame for the mid pipe bolt. But other than that it lined up almost perfectly on my trailmaster tm35. It’s so loud it sounds straight piped and every gear is longer now with what seems like almost twice the HP. Unreal and most dramatic upgrade I’ve ever done to any of my toys. I ride a Polaris outlaw 525 so it takes a lot to impress me but this has pulled it off. Great pipe and for a great price!

I was looking for a new exhaust for my 2006 230F since the stock one was rusted badly. Initial research was putting prices in the $300-500 range and I have just already dumped a lot of cash into this bike. So did some intense review reading and decided to roll with this JFG 788 Powercore 2 exhaust. Fitting it went well. After reading others experiences, I made sure to loosely line all hardware up before torquing it down and that made the difference. Everything lined up well when combined with a slow shake and shimmy to get things to find their designated spots. Take your time here. Overall look is great. Materials are quality and welding seems to be solid and done well. Steel and aluminum parts. Bear in mind, this exhaust will require a new crush washer as the Exhaust Pipe Gasket. Tusk Complete Gasket kits have one in them or you can order the gasket individually for a few dollars. When jetted correctly, the pipe takes on a red/gold color that looks really nice (see pic). Sound is great. Adds a much more aggressive sound that I really like (see attached video). Think more MXer braaap-ey. Undoubtedly it is louder but I'm enjoying it. Mine was already uncorked but I've noticed a little bit more lower end power. For example, when I'm climbing more steep hills and I get to the top, now the front wheel likes to come off the ground rather than following the contour. My major detractor is that its not going to be a USFS approved Spark Arrestor. However, it looks to be the same diameter of pipe as the factory so I think finding an exhaust tip that will meet USFS criterion should be relatively easy. Highly recommend if you are wanting an inexpensive aftermarket exhaust for your CRF 230F that looks and sounds good without breaking the bank.
