Le daría 10 estrellas, es un producto que llevo años utilizando de vez en cuando cuando quiero comer en vacaciones (viajes) o mantener mi peso o pérdida de peso. Realmente funciona, siempre y cuando también sepas controlar tu apetito, no sirve tomarte las pastillas y seguidamente un plato de macarrones con queso y un muss de chocolate.
