The dropper at the top of the bottle becomes loose and comes off with the liquid plunging out all over the floor and myself. I use this twice/day for my dog's eyes. He has severe dry eyes and I have to clean his eyes with this solution before putting in his eyedrops and ointment. This never happened when I first purchased. Substandard packaging. That top should be sealed to the bottle!!!

Works really well on eye stains. My pup has allergies and tears up as soon as we go outside (hound dog and loves to sniff). Will definately buy again

The applicator tip popped right out and I ended up spilling half the bottle on the floor. So before you use this, super glue the applicator tip into the bottle. Let it dry completely before you use it on your pet, you don’t want t super glue in your pets’ eyes.
