we bought this due to the easy to clean and being no toxic. it looks great on the wood floor and we really appreciated the video another client posted to see the varnish work in action.

Great stuff but too expensive

This product is very easy to use and even easier to clean up tools after using. I was a complete novice when I started finishing a bed. This product was very forgiving. I tinted the varnish with the same color I used to stain and that, too, helped to minimize a lot of my beginner mistakes. Everyone who sees the finished product comments on how nie it looks. I will be using this product line for my future projects.

This product was not flat or Matt. I would say it is semi gloss.

Of the water based finishes we tried for our project , this brand stood out. It looks milky but dries to a crystal clear, slightly amber color. Unlike some others it gives wood a bit of an inner glow . It is easy to apply. Please note the satin finish is a little shinier than some other satins, but not glossy.

I love this brand/product, however twice in a row now I have ordered satin and gotten flat. This purchase - this package was lost in the mail by Amazon.

If you buy Restoration Hardware dining tables, treat them before use. RH doesn't give nearly the input it needs on their unfinished tables...a splash of cold water left a stain, it was heart breaking. Found a blog that recommended this stuff, and I WISH I USED IT FIRST. Flat finish -meant for floors, but has worked.
