This vitamin E supplement hasn't caused me any issues, it's great! Personally ordered it for dry skin on face and scalp. It is large but I can swallow it easily since it's a gel cap. No taste or after taste. One thing to note is that vitamin E can interfere with vitamin K metabolism. So if your might be low in K, you'll want to check your multi, eat K rich foods, or take a supplement etc. Frequent nosebleeds can result from vitamin K deficiency (as well as vitamin C & D deficiency).
