Easy to swallow, no unpleasant odors, like that ingredients are kept minimal & are all easily recognized. Take for antioxidants/vision support. Unsure of stand-alone effectiveness, but no known adverse reactions & I am chemical sensitive. Well packaged & sealed. Always check ingredients on supplements if you have known allergies or sensitivities 👍

I very hesitantly write this review because of the sensitivity of nature. But, since it created such a profound experience I am sharing it hoping it may help someone else also. I purchased this to increase blood circulation. While I started taking these (3 in the morning and 3 at night) I certainly noticed my skin was warmer to the touch and I didn't need to cover my feet all the time because they weren't cold. I am now down to 2 in the morning and 2 at night and it seems to be accomplishing the same benefits. When I went to just 1 and 1 it was not. I am 6'5 and about 270 so it might be because of my stature and the need for more to cover... After about 1 1/2 weeks I noticed I didn't need my heavy blanket at night anymore and could get away with a lighter one and even just the sheet on some nights, because I wasn't freezing cold. Our thermostat stays on the same temperature every night, and we follow the same sleep pattern. So, I know nothing changed in regard to that part. One thing I hadn't counted on was the effects it would have on my "personal man." It certainly helped with circulation in this area and the effects it had on the final stages was almost as if I was a teenager again. I am trying not to be crass and as delicate about this as possible. I am sorry if that hurts some individuals feelings and they think its always about that for a man. It isn't always about that, but it certainly helped and I am very appreciative of the side benefits of this product in regard to this. Will I continue to take this product? ABSOLUTELY. With Amazon Prime and the multi-pack it is well worth the benefits I have received from it.
