Everything was included in the box and it was easy to set up. I’m very satisfied and can highly recommend this item to anyone. Great value and a trustworthy product.

When placed next to a dehumidifier it does the job perfectly. You cannot feel any moisture on any surface near it. The air is humid but not to the point where water is condensing on anything. Extremely cheap and useful

Good steam extraction hose and box set for tumble drier, the hose is flexible with various lengths to suit your needs. The kit gives good value for money to get rid of steam indoors.

Great does the Job cuts out a lot of condensation and dust fluff. It was a bit smaller fit for my vent but soon fixed by putting some strong adhesive velcro srip on the edge of tube that fits into the vent. Fits perfect now.

Good product, just poor experience with return process

Unfortunately this product didn't work well for me. Steam was still piping out alot with water and ice.

Ideal when no ventilation works well easy to install.

I bought this condenser box because every time I used my tumble dryer, my kitchen turned into a tropical rainforest, all I needed was a few parrots and some humidity-loving plants. Now thanks to this little box of magic, the steam goes in and stays there! It’s like a portable cloud catcher. Super simple to use, I just fill it with a bit of cold water (I also add ice 🫣), attach the hose, and bam, no more dripping windows or accidental steam facials. Nice size and doesn't affect the tumble dryer itself at all, no extra noise from vibrations. It keeps the house dry, my laundry soft, and my sanity intact. 10/10 for mums who just want dry clothes without tropical humidity or frizzy hair. 🦁🏝️
