I searched through a number of websites and sellers to find a cover for my MacBook Air M1 2020 laptop. I wanted one that was woodgrain, but because I have a love for genuine wood I did not want anything that was going to be cheap looking. I went back and forth between covers and skins. After a month of searching I decided to buy this cover. Amazon had easy returns so if I hated it I could return it. Man I was NOT disappointed! This cover is truly beautiful in person. The print looks spot-on and the fit could not be better! As you can see by the photos the woodgrain truly is a realistic print and the color is pretty true to the advertised photos. The bottom cover has a soft rubber type feel and the top is a hard matte finish with a slight texture making this easy to grab and helps to prevent careless slips from the hands. The keyboard cover was cheap looking so I tossed that, but I was not looking for a keyboard cover anyway so no loss there. As you can see by the photos it is a nice tight slimline fit that just snaps on. It does not add weight nor bulk. There is no bothersome intrusion on either the top nor the bottom cover that would cover the screen nor rub up against your arms as you rest your hands on the keyboard. I saw some customer complaints about other products which stated the covers made it hard to open the MacBook up, but this cover has no such issue as it still opens up to the standard 135°. If I would make any change at all it would only be an aesthetic change of carrying the woodgrain print to the bottom cover for a full-bodied wood look. Functionality wise it hits all the marks. I never leave this detailed of a review but this is by far the best purchase I made on Amazon ever. I genuinely have no complaints about this product. I am getting no kickback for this product review. I paid full price for the product. (Oh the apple logo on the front is just the sticker I had when I purchased the computer. If you were looking for a cutout this cover does not have that. This was okay with me because cutouts just leave room for crumbs to get inside). I have not dropped my computer so I cannot speak to durability under those conditions.

Has been holding up great! Have had for about 4 months and I am so happy I purchased! Shows no sign of wear, gets lots of compliments, and I love the look of it.

PROFESSIONAL LOOKING CASE: I travel a lot, and I was looking for a lightweight case to keep my new Mac Air from getting scuffed and scratched that wasn't too expensive. This case feels like it'll do the job nicely. It snaps onto my Mac Air tightly with small, unobtrusive clips without blocking USB ports or the webcam. The black leather looks clean and professional while showing off the silver Mac emblem without any extra third party branding. The case also feels great to the touch and doesn't leave finger prints. The rubberized feet on the base of the case provide a good no-slip grip. I'm very satisfied with this case for the price and it does exactly what I wanted it to do. However, if you're looking for something that's more of a heavier tough anti-impact case, you may want to consider something else. BEFORE YOU BUY: Nearly all cases are going to reduce the maximum angle in which you can open the laptop. The impact from this case is pretty minimal. I was able to open my Mac Air 135 degrees, which is more than plenty for me. ALSO, as other reviewers have said, if you purchase the wrong case for the wrong model of Mac, there's no way its going to fit. Double-check that you're buying the right case for the right model you own.

I like the case a fair amount; it fits well - better than the Mosiso one I tried - and the blue fabric pattern is very pretty. It looks like linen. One thing I did not anticipate is that is it actually fabric - the title said it was a plastic hard shell, which is what I wanted. I was hoping for a plastic hard shell with the texture of fabric printed on it, because then it could be wiped down with Clorox wipes etc. when I clean my laptop. I expect the fabric version to not show scratches as much, and it does have a lining that seems to be either plastic or firm fiberboard underneath. But, definite would be hard to clean. If you have severe allergies like I do (e.g., clothes go in a place with cats, have to wash your clothes) I would not recommend this model. I can't imagine washing my fabric laptop case in the wash to get rid of dander so I bet this will last exactly as long as until I go someplace where I have bad allergies, and bring my laptop with me. For that reason, I would buy a different one if I were to buy one again. The keyboard protector does not 100% line up with my keys, which is pretty baffling. Everything is like half a millimeter shifted to the right. I've had better luck with the Mosiso keyboard protectors. Also, if you're putting this on a gold MacBook Air, the blue color looks pretty weird on the orangey gold tone. When I have time I'll buy a black keyboard overlay instead. I don't know why people think that it's important to match the outside of your laptop with the keyboard color; it's not like you can see both at once. If your laptop is open, you see one, if it's closed, another. I wish more of the keyboard options came in clear or black.

Es de buena calidad el protector de la computadora el color del protector es un poco más tenue que en la foto. El protector del teclado está lindisimo! Solo que es para teclado en inglés.

Le quedó perfecto a la MacBook y aparte de que protege el equipo se ve muy padre y tiene muy buen terminado

Está súper protectora, me encantaría que tuviese color en la parte de abajo pero no puede ser perfecta, aún así me gusto mucho.
