I rarely, if at all, write reviews but I have to say the white blackout static film was not only easy to install but also does the job and looks good. Have put photos of before and after on one of the doors I put it on. Washed window with sugar soap, cut to slightly oversized, sprayed both window and static film liberally with soapy water applied, trimmed job done.Only thing I would say is trimming with a scalpal is easy on windows like above but I'm not sure how easy on some UPV windows as you would need to be careful not to cut into the black seal that edges most windows.

Great product, blocks out all light, very easy to cut to shape and simple to stick it to the window with a bit of water! Has not fallen off since we put it on and is easy to peel and adjust if needed. Highly recommend.

Easy to apply, good blackout as described

Giving a three star because the ad gave the impression that in the day it would still let light through. I was surprised at this but thought that’s what it was but it’s not. It’s just white black out film. Does the job and is easy to use and install.

We followed the instructions very carefully, definately plenty of soapy water needed. We were blacking out a roof velour window, so did not have much hope of getting it to stay up there. For this type of window you do need two people (on ladders) to put it on and hold it in place, while removing bubbles/creases and getting it to adhere to the window. The end result is worth the effort, it really does work.

Have had similar before with no issue, this stuff however doesn't stick to the window despite following instructions, complete waste of money

Exactly as described. Provides complete privacy by blocking out any light on windows. Easy to use. Adheres to windows with ease. Easy to clean and overall appears wonderful from the external side.

I’m starting back on night shift and didn’t want black film to make my room seem like a cave. Love the white on both sides-it’s not noticeable from the street-just looks like I have curtains up. There is a tiny sliver of light visible around the edges, but with the shades down there’s no visible light at all-I took this photo on a sunny day. The room already feels cooler, and a bonus is that it also seems to block some of the street noise.As far as the installation, I followed the instructions closely and used lots of spray to wet the window and the film. And a few times I had to readjust the film so I used more spray.I used an old plastic gift card to push the film into the creases, and then I cut on top of the card instead of directly on the glass or the seal that goes around the glass.If there are any issues after a few weeks I’ll update the review.

Really easy to put up. Climate change causing hotter temps in the summer lately, but since I put this up, it’s made it a lot more bearable at home.
