Silverettes saved my breastfeeding journey! My boobs/nips were ruineddd when breastfeeding my first baby & it made me give it up after a few weeks due to such extreme pain. Fast forward to my 2nd baby, and I used silverettes & breastfed her for a year. It honestly meant there was no nipple pain at all!!! Loved this product, saved me from a lot of pain. I could apply creams and it wouldn't rub off. Also it would prevent my blistered nipples from adhering to the bra. I think the silicon ring helps with comfort or the metal digs in. Overall i used it for 2 weeks and after only on an as needed base. I would spend the money again if i had to.
