I was curious why they offered it in 6 packs. But now I know.
This is an unbelievable hot sauce. With most things that come down to personal preference, such as chocolate, wine, hot sauce, beer, cheese, whatever, there is usually something agreed upon that makes something as "good" or not good. When you browse Amazon's very large collection of hot sauces, you'll see some that have 4 stars, or some that have 5 stars, and the only difference, from the outside, seems to be the number of 1 star reviews. On occasion, a hot sauce will really only merit a 4 star response even from its most fevered fans. It's clear that if you purchase 20 hot sauces at random, you will love a few, hate a few, and some will be okay. What I'm telling you here is that this hot sauce will be eaten quickly. You will not dislike this sauce. There's no way. And, you might even fall in love with it, as I did. This hot sauce has a perfect mix of sweetness, bitterness (almost none, but enough to balance the palate), heat, flavor, and consistency. It's very fairly priced as well. The heat is probably not as hot as most sauces. If I had to guess, I'd put it in the 60,000ish range, if that. If you can't stand the idea of chomping down on a fresh jalepeno, this sauce is probably too hot for you. But as long as the heat doesn't overwhelm you, (and it shouldn't; if I have one complaint it's that it's just a little less hot than most hab sauces) you will LOVE this sauce. This is a 0 risk sauce. You will love it, like it, or somewhere in between. You will finish this sauce quickly. There's not a single sauce except for maybe heartbreaking dawns 1498 that has had the universal acclaim this sauce has when I bring it out among guests and friends. At first I was curious why they offered it in 6 packs. But now I know.

Just a little spicy
Excellent product. The flavor is very rich and spicy. I've tried it on various dishes from vegetables to meats to seafood and it tastes great on all

Good way to heat up any meal, breakfast must-have!
This caught me off guard on the spice level, in all the good ways. This hot sauce is equal parts heat and flavor, all without being watery or too pasty. Packaging is well done, no leaks, simple to get sauce out. This sauce works on everything from sandwiches, eggs, soups and snacks. A very useful sauce to kick up some much needed heat.

Best hot sauce brand I've found
I've tried many hot sauces. Some are just there to literally burn you with no flavor. Some claim it's hot and it's just flavorful. Yellowbird has managed to blend the two and make a great line of hot sauces. From the mild serrano all the way to the habanero, every one of them are flavorful but appropriately spiced. None of them are overly hot and have the actual taste of the pepper as the main ingredient in there. So many other hot sauces are just watered down or just overly hot with no real flavor. And I've tried everything from mild to wild. And the best part of it all is it's American made! And a 2nd great point is it's a small business and not some major company that doesn't care and just wants to make money. I recommend if your interested in trying them get the sample pack, it has like 5 different kinds and it isn't just enough to try it once, you get multiple uses out of each of them so you can really decide which is your favorite

Good Sauce
I was convinced not to order the sample pack from yellowbird with several reviews stating that the habenero was by far the best of the bunch. That said, I would say this is a decent sauce, but I haven't found the best application for it yet. It has a nice heat that really builds as you eat more of it, but it doesn't kill your taste buds. I also find it to have a sweet and somewhat more sour taste than most hot sauces, that does not seem to jive so well with pizza or burgers (the only 2 things I've tried so far). I am betting it would be pretty amazing on chicken as it very much reminds me of the mango habanero sauce from b-dubs, without the actual mango flavor of course. While I was writing this review the girlfriend said she would rate it 5 stars and she is a hot sauce fanatic. Can't really go wrong for $7 for this giant bottle, so I'd say take the plunge.

#1, well worth the cost
I have been making habanero sauces for many years as well as trying lots of brands that reviewers say is the best they've ever tasted. There's a basic recipe that's all over the Internet, one I've followed many times with excellent results; it's hard to beat. And there are many very good commercial brands. I make a big pot of beans about once a week and have them nearly every day for lunch and invariably add some hot sauce of one kind or another. My observation is this: I have never tasted a better habanero sauce than Yellow Bird. The most important attribute of the habanero pepper is its flavor. I have made very tasty sauce from mild habaneros. But I do like more of a kick. Yellow Bird nails it in both departments. If you love habanero sauce, you definitely should try this one. I just had some with a bowl of Mayocoba beans, buttery smooth, perfect accompaniment. If you've never had Mayocoba beans, try them as well.

Clean heat, great flavor, the best hot sauce ever!
Edited 12/2/18: My obsession continues unabated. I still think this is the best hot sauce ever. I mix it with a little mayo and use it as a sandwich spread. I add it to chilli, spaghetti sauce, soups, and stews. I love it with scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy. I've been known to put it on pizza and pasta. I've even taken it with me to restaurants because I hate the standard hot sauce, like Tabasco, available there. It's great with pho or Mexican food! I'm addicted! Original review: I am obsessed with this hot sauce. I put it on everything. I used the Secret Aardvark hot sauce for years, but the Yellowbird Habanero has surpassed it as my favorite hot sauce. Aardvark is tomato based, so it has a stronger flavor profile than this sauce, which isn't always a good thing. I don't mean to imply that Yellowbird is all heat, no taste, but the taste is really clean and light; you get just a tiny hint of sweetness, followed by a burst of heat, and then a citrus finish. Citrus (especially lime) is my favorite flavor; I eat it with everything. Yellowbird Habanero has just that hint of lime (it also includes tangerine juice) to make me happy. As for the heat level, that is so subjective I'm not sure how to rate it. I love spicy stuff and put hot sauce on everything, but I still like to taste my food. Yellowbird Habanero is a perfect heat level for me; it definitely has a good kick, but it's not overwhelming to the point that your mouth is burning and you can't taste anything. It has about the same heat level as the Aardvark; it's hotter than Sriracha (and much better). I have also tried Yellowbird's Jalapeno sauce, which I really like (it's not as spicy as the Habanero), although the Habanero remains in top place. I wish I could buy the Habanero in a multi pack, because I go through it like candy.
