I bought this keyboard to replace the original one in my Dell XPS 15 9570 after years of heavy use. The quality is excellent and feels identical to the factory-installed keyboard. All keys work perfectly, with a responsive and smooth typing experience. Installation wasn’t too difficult, though it does require patience and some care. I followed step-by-step instructions from YouTube videos, which made the process straightforward. If you’re comfortable with a small amount of DIY, it’s very doable at home without professional repair costs. Overall, this replacement keyboard is great value, restores the laptop to “like new,” and I’m very happy with the purchase. Highly recommend it for anyone with an aging XPS 15 who needs a fresh keyboard.

Missing a screw hole for the original - have had this a few months and the 'E' is wearing off the keyboard. So it works, and it's cheap, but it's not near OE quality.

The keyboard works perfectly but the backlight doesnt on my G5 5587 .

The installation was trouble free apart from removing the old keyboard, the tape on the back is far too sticky. Once keyboard was fitted into place I used regular electrician's tape to cover the screw heads to make it easier for future replacements. The backlights are very similar to original and the action on the keys is really good. It's great to type fast again as the laptop is as good as new.
