It is larger than I need but it will be fine. I should have paid closer attention to the measurements. I will keep it because it will serve my needs. It is durable. It has three sections perfect for harvest and garden tools. The handles close to become one but note, they don't snap close. There are indentions in the top of each handle where they mold into each other to make a one-handle feel. No pinched skin! The basket is deep enough for harvest. However, I don't think it would be deep enough for a big harvest where a deep bucket or basket is needed. The basket reminds me of those vintage wooden bread bowls. Plenty big enough for Zucchini or Cucumbers. Tomatoes too. I would think twice before stacking too many veggies high for fear they might roll out over the edge. If the basket were to come in say; small, medium and large; I would have gotten a medium size because my garden is tiny compared to most. This basket would be "large".

Really like this basket. Large yet light weight and easy to carry. The side with holes allows for rinsing items outside using the hose if necessary. I use it to harvest wild greens this time of year (springtime), and really looking forward to using it in the fall for gathering mushrooms!

I found the three sections very useful for planting bulbs. i used the solid sections to hold bulbs, the middle section to hold tools , and the section with holes was good for filtering out the soil from weeds.

This is so much bigger than I thought. Last year I had nothing to pick my vegetables and carry them. I thought well this looks small but it will work well enough. I ordered it and when it came in the box was so big I was thinking wow that's over kill. I opened it and was pleasantly surprised. I can't wait to use it! No more juggling veggies.

This garden vegetable picking basket is fantastic! It’s bigger than I expected, with plenty of space for all my veggies. The strainer side is super handy for rinsing after I pick, and the whole basket feels sturdy and well-made. Definitely worth the price for anyone who loves gardening and needs a reliable, roomy basket! My fiancé loved this!!

Bigger then I expected but still a great fatherday gift

Hard molded plastic like this will likely last for eternity, but I am not concerned because it is too big to lose. Easy to hose off after shuffling through the soil, this basket is a workhorse.IMO, it should be offered in various sizes. I need one that is only 60% of this size.

This is a very functional garden accessory. Great design and easy to clean. Comfortable carrying even with a lot of harvest!
