Our last power supply worked for five years with regular use. This one worked fine initially but didn't even last for four months before it died. We had even been using it at reduced power. You can see from the photo that there's only charred remains and melted plastic where the thermistors used to be. It claims to have a 12 month warranty. I'll update the rating if they stand by the warranty.

We used this in a Rabbit QX-80, and used it to replace a supply we would have payed 4x as much for through the manufacture. (Had to make some small modifications because our laser was set up for 220 volt and this supply is 110 volt). It was a higher quality supply than the original. Input leads were slightly different in arrangement, but other than that it was a simply job and a decent supply!
