where are these socks manufactured? I do not buy made in China or chinese products

Some of their products are made in the U.S.A. and some are made in China. The over the calf socks are probably made in China.

What is the length ( In Inches ) of these socks?

Are you taking about un-stretched or while wearing them? They are designed to be pulled up to go "over-the-calf", so they rest just below the knee. They stretch to fit. In the drawer, I'd say they are about 18" long, but they fit my size 12 foot and reach to just below the knee. They do tend to sag a bit by the end of the day, but most socks require a tug now and then to keep them up.
