Very good for workshop heating.
I have a 20’ x 10’ shed which needed a bit of heat. I used a 2500w fan heater which just gave a cold draft if you stood any more that 3’ away. A well known brand & completely useless. This wall mounted infrared heater is sooo much better! Easy to mount, with a remote control that works well, even on the lower heat level it’s more than adequate. Yes, the cable is a bit short if you haven’t got a nearby power point. I wired mine through a fused switched spur box. Despite the need for perhaps some electrical work to connect, this heater is well worth it in my opinion.

Satisfied
Good value, gives good heat.

good value for money,
fairly compact heater. Remote control is a bonus at this cost. Effectively heats under our pergola. Installed under cover so as to prevent rain ingress. Hopefully will stand the test of time.

Great heater, good price.
I bought two of these from appliance direct, branded differently and missing a switch but essentially the same unit. They were priced at £79.99, decided I needed a third unit to heat my patio, the price had gone up. It crept up to £149.99. I decided I no longer needed a third. I then spotted this on Amazon for £89.99. Grabbing one as soon as I could I'm pleased that I did. The unit is remote controlled, with a basic IR remote, on or off, 1 or 2 kw. All 3 units work off one remote which is great. They are IR heaters so they heat objects rather than air, this means they won't warm up a space but they will warm you, with a gust of wind you won't lose all the warmth but if you're not in line with the element you can't feel the heat. They do give off a very red glow, I don't think it's a problem but beware they are quite bright.

Disappointing
Very disappointing- fitted to my pergola. Not that easy to fit and not very hot. IFU states not to be used indoors then later on not to be used outdoors- wtf - yet rated at ip65?? Bracketry could have a stencil for easier figment. I am not wasting time and effort removing it now. Purchase at your own risk.

Good heater
Good heater, a bit thirsty on the electric, as on wall had to put some foil reflective sheet on ceiling. One negative was that the post office delivered it to the wrong house, very disappointed, luckily there was a photo of box on porch with number so we could find it.

Compact and good performance
Liked: small and compact, easy to install on wall (need drill and 8mm masonry bit), good heat distribution on a small patio 3x3m, remote control add on too. Didn't like: mains cable is too short and the manufacturer suggests no extension due to may be overheated. I trier with extension and works OK, but need to be hidden and away of inflamable materials
