McCormick Ube Flavor Extract 2 bottles (20ml/bottle)

Used for a chiffon cake - amazing flavour as well as a beautiful purple colour.

I loved it mixed into my cakes and cookies

The bottles were packed individually very well, no leaking. The pigment is very strong, so you don't need to use a lot. So far I used it for an Ube mochi cake and a cheesecake and still have about a bottle and a half left. I couldn't find it in any shops, so glad it's available on Amazon.

It was open or the lid was loose that’s why it leaked. Even though it was packed properly make sure to seal the lid properly to prevent leakage.

I ordered these and realized they are normally just £2.99 each 🤣🤣 still a good product but overpriced

I’m not happy with this purchase at all, with how expensive these tiny bottles are, for them to arrive leaking and soaked in the purple liquid is unacceptable and I would like a refund. It says on the product information that although they don’t offer returns, if the product arrives broken or faulty, you can have a refund, but then there is no obvious way to get in touch with them and request a refund. Waste of money!

I have been disappointed with taro bubble tea powders for making bubble tea at home. I now use a little of the ube flavouring and some milk in addition to the powder and it comes pretty close to shop bought taro tea. I am also going to try it for baking as I really like the flavour and the colour is beautiful.

It was a dream to bake with it - end result: everyone moaned that it tasted heavenly..

This extract smells and tastes great, and just as I expected, will stain absolutely everything it touches. Mine arrived with one of the tops a tiny bit loose despite being well packaged, so there was a tiny leak, but I haven't removed any stars because of that as it seemed completely accidental and both bottles were individually wrapped with plastic on the top so the leak did not spread beyond the label of the one bottle. The color of the extract is gorgeous, SUPER purple! So far, I have only used it in pancakes just to test out how much to use to get a rich purple color, and a few drops is all it took. I am very happy with the quality of the extract so far and will be making ube cookies with it soon!

I love ube. I love being able to make anything ube flavored. these have a great flavor and are really great quality. They are the best quality ube extract that I have tested. The color is incredibly bright so concentration level goes a long way for color and flavor.

This is so good for coffee making. I made Ube sweetened condensed milk with it and used that for a hot latte and it was so good!! Can't wait to try it in an iced latte tomorrow!!
