I used this hacksaw to shorten the legs of my Room&Board Parsons Counter Table, to turn it into a desk. Each leg is a 2”x2” square profile, made of natural steel, with a 1/8” (3mm) wall. Took me about an hour, with a break in between, and I went through 3 blades. The latter wasn’t a concern as the saw came with a bundle of over 10 blades, and switching them was super easy (takes only about 20-30 seconds). If you have the patience, no metal is too strong for this hacksaw. 5 stars!

Nice saw.

It’s a nice durable handle, the blades stink though. I recommend getting a finer tooth blade if you are cutting metal.
