My niece is only one, but she’s learning how to shape and make noise. I think it’s important for any child to have some cognitive abilities like music and cognitive reasoning. Well made great toy.

Tl;dr: needs volume control, different key placement, and more auto play tunes. Kiddo loves the piano, but beware - there is no volume control. It's not the loudest toy we have, but it's loud enough that the speaker actually vibrates. It only has 2 songs - ABCs (but without the "next time won't you sing with me" part) and "do re mi" (literally just singing an octave, no other words). There's one little tune it plays (technically there are 2 variations but it's the same tune). I had hoped it would have a few more songs that it would auto play, like twinkle twinkle little star, Mary had a little lamb, that kind of thing. Finally, I wish the keys were set up differently. There's only one full octave (starting with C) which makes it hard to play some of the common kids songs. It's good enough for the price, but it could have (and should have) been planned out a little better.

This was a good buy. Reasonably priced and works well. My son loves it.

Very pleased with this toy. The sound of the keys is very pleasant and not a cacophony like many other toy pianos. Very compact, can easily fit into a diaper bag. Only grudge is that the key notes sticker does not start with “Do”. The two in built cocomelon songs are perfect! Note there is no volume control and the sound is on the higher side.
