I used this with my Spektrum DX8 Gen 2 Transmitter. The telemetry works as it should. I have this receiver installed in a G58 Sport 1760mm (69.2") Wingspan - ARF from Nexa. I have had no issues so far. In my opinion, genuine Spektrum products are better than other brands that claim DSMX compatibility.

they work well and smart technology is fantastic. All 22 of my planes have Spektum receivers in them. never had a crash due to lost coms, knock on wood!!!!

It is a decent working receiver. However, I would prefer one like the AR620 with no external antennas. All the telemetry modules would still need to be available. Spektrum just doesn't quite offer a product at their full potential. (For those who might offer DSMX compatible receivers, this is a big hint!)
