Quality compression driver
This is a great product. It improved the overall quality of my car sound system. I’d purchase it again. Great recommendation.

Excellent sensitivity, range and power handling
I bought a pair of these to complete my studio / sound room monitor update. I was skeptical based on the advertised specs, but have been pleasantly surprised. For the price, a very competent driver with excellent clarity and control in the ever-important vocal ranges. They do require a bit of equalization to tame a harsh peak around 3khz, and the clarity leaves a bit to be desired above 15khz. But that's something you would expect out of a driver in the $1k price range. Had an issue with one of the first pair I received. Had a raspiness in the vocal harmonics that made me think the cone was cracked or the voicecoil was rubbing so I ordered a third which sounded fine. After realizing the return window had closed on that original one I opened it up to find it has a fully replaceable driver element. I wonder if the manufacturer sells those - if so I would give them 5.5 stars! Anyway, after re-assembling the one that was raspy I found it was fixed! I must assume the voicecoil wasn't perfectly centered in the flux gap. I will be buying more of these. Not sure if I will be converting my single horn boxes into duals, or something else, but for the price you'd be hard pressed to find anything as good for under $250.

Best bang for buck compression horn
These are very impressive. I bought two and loved their response so much I got a second pair for my custom 10" mids boxes. These tweets play much lower than super tweeters which helps blend the mids/highs way better and aren't as fatiguing. The vocals come out super clear through these. I pick these over the PRV/timpano because of lower frequency response and better terminals. The plastic horn is pretty good and easy to do the cutout. Definitely will get a third set for the car system.

As I grow older I have more trouble understanding Movies and TV show dialogue I began looking at Klipsch and other speakers with Horn Tweeters as they have higher output in the areas I have issues hearing, so instead of buying new speakers I bought one of these to temporarily add to our Center Channel speaker, I just perched it on top and wired it up and it really helped with making most dialogue more understandable for me. I haven't attempted to level the output at all, I just used the capacitor they included with the horn tweeter and it's a little bright but that's good for me, I just received 2 more Horn Tweeters same as this one and also bought a 50w L-Pad to try and dial in the level to make the sound smoother, once I know the correct resistance I can permanently wire in the correct values and then install these in a box on top or design and build a set of custom speakers.
