Guess I wasn't looking hard enough, but many Katz products have recently become a staple for me.. Tried gluten free pizza dough from another vendor and the oil they used gave me a reaction. It can be very discouraging. Katz are a bit on the pricey side, but what other options are there for people w/ food allergies? I get no reactions to their products and it's very satisfying to have a reliable bread on my menu again. Minus one star for the packaging on every thing in the world since I became a senior citizen w/ arthritis. Wth?? Why is it so hard to get into everything for old people now? Gluten tolerant people will have long moved on if they try to break into this fort knox. More bread for me if I can can bribe some child to open it for me.

This bread is one of the better breads that is gluten free. But not just like gluten flour breads though. Texture is tough and smaller slices mean smaller sandwiches. It is not soft like a regular white bread.

The bread was delivered fast and we just used it to make french toast for Christmas morning. It was quite good!

I live in a large but low populated County. Getting FRESH, NonGluten, WellMade, everyday BREAD is impossible. 3 Simply wonderful, normal, non-gluten, fresh well packaged, loaves of BREAD arrived at my door yesterday. I'm a lucky person today. THANK YOU!
