I have been using this product and their multivitamins for my daughters for a few years now. I love their product for 2 main reasons - 1. These are not gummies but chewable tablets with pleasant taste, so much less sugar than similar products. 2. All their serving size is 1 tablet as compared to other which is 2-3 tablets. In case of Zahler you can just take 1 and be done for the day. Also that allows your pack to last longer. Our children have been taking this particular D3 + K2 supplement for about two years. Lab work has shown a notable increase in their Vitamin D levels since before they started taking this brand.
