Breast Health Formula 60 Vegetarian Capsules

After taking 1 capsule a day, every morning for about a month, I started my cycle after not having one for a couple years (I’m 57 in a couple months). I’m on HRT patch and oral prog. I noticed better sleep with less waking up at 5 am w heart palp. and hot flashes: it seemed to ease my symptoms. When I missed a day or two, I wouldn’t sleep as well. The menstrual bleeding and cramps are not so great to have return! My doc says hold off just be be cautious so I might try a DIM supplement to see if it will help sleep but not activate a cycle.

I have had bad breast pain since my hysterectomy. I gave these a shot and they did help the breast pain significantly. Unfortunately, they tore up my stomach. I have had stomach ache and diarrhea everyday since starting them. 😩 Disappointing since they did help what I bought them for.
