This is a great scanner and a great package. This will handle anything that comes our way in our very busy shop. It is a great proffesional kit that is a must have for all makes and model diagnostics as well as proegramming. The shipping was fast and secure and the sellers are absolutely wonderful with great customer service skills and cominication. If you are not sure of the tool or the seller this is the place and tool for you. I am extremely pleased all around. Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price and capabilites are above any other i have compared. Ease of use: This scanner is a breaze to set up and operate. Programming capability: It does all we ever need to perform. Scanner quality: Great quality and the battery life is awesome.

The tool is very good. I use it 98% of the time in my shop. I still need to use OEM tools to supplement for programming ECU’s, but this scanner is good for overall diagnostics and calibration and I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this device a few weeks ago. The kit is quite complete since I was looking for diagnostics and key programming in a single unit. The tablet looks pretty robust, and the case it comes in is also sturdy and protects the equipment well. I’m pleased with the purchase and recommend it.

Ordered new. Received used. Arrived with 53% storage used. Had to factory reset and then was 16% storage used. I bought new… not like new. After one month, I’ve noticed the screen flickers. Used less than 20 times. The tool itself works well. Just not happy with quality control. Should not be having these problems on a “new” tool. Update 1/27/26. A “new” tool? Not sure I’ll ever buy another autel. Bought back in June of 2025. They said it’s a new tool. If so, terrible quality components. Bad thing is the tool works. What good is it if the display fails after 7 months of ownership. I don’t believe this was a new tool. Buyer beware.

It came on time, works great for diagnostic tests and programming keys. Would highly recommend. Haven’t had any trouble with it since my purchase about 3 or 4 months ago.
