i received the product not pumping out the cream i opened the cap and i discovered that the straw in not available

Although the actual product is nice they mislead you into believing that you get a bottle of serum when in fact you get a cap of it! The bottle is for show, the cavity for the product is no deeper than the silver lid! What a con!

This serum is great for sealing and protecting hair before using a straightener.

If you think you only get a cap worth, you’re not all there… you get the full bottle AND this is the best product on the market. That app, that rates products has no idea how amazing this product actually is. Maybe try it out and don’t have a computer tell you how to live your life or other ppls. This is a 5 star product!
