Works pretty well. I found Icy/Hot to do about the same. Tiger balm is a good product, but more a little expensive.

This is amazing.. I had been hurting on my back side thinking it was gas and I took gas medicine and it was still there. My sister told me about this Tiger Balm and I doubted that it was anything else but I found out it was really sore muscle.. I ordered this very small item that's gives a very big punch.. When you apply it , it gives a very warm sensation and it heats the spot up in a good way! I'm so glad I ordered it!! I strained my wrist and used the tiger balm for relief. It worked really well; it is not too greasy, smells nice and within a few days I had significant relief. I will use this for any issue going forward.
