前にレビューしている人が言っているとおり、充電できません。またUSBを指しても反応しません。 リチウムイオン電池が放電し過ぎているとおもわれます。 返品処理して2回購入していますがいずれも同じ状況です。 私が最初に購入する前は在庫は15です。 1個購入しましたが上記不具合により返品処理。もう一度購入しましたが状況は同じで返品処理しました。なので残りの在庫は13になってます。 使えるといい物だと思うので残念です。

I've bought a product to plan to use in with Windows and Mac notebooks. For the Mac the software can't find the product after it was once added, notebook simply doesn't see it over the bluetooth. Sometimes device appears in the list but I can't select it to be added again or any other actions. For the Windows ATKey starts blinking on power on, according to manual it asks for an authentication, fingerprint read and it goes to "waiting" state infinitely. So the device is useless for both OSes. Maybe there are some guidance of how this can be used, but I've found none. Sad, it is a good idea.

Not sure why all the bad reviews. I can log into all my devices with this card. Once one installed google smart lock on ios devices , logins work fine. I does register for Google Advanced Protection. The main issue is software support. the firefox webauthn is still in the works. However logging into a google website using fido2 via bluetooth or nfc on this card works just fine. Double click the power button and then biometric the fingerprint reader. touch the back of your phone or bluetooth pair it to an ipad pro. I can bluetooth connect with this card to my macbook pro or usb connect it. This is by far the best security key I have used

到着した時は一切反応しなかったが4-5時間充電すると反応するようになった。 滅多に購入されないからかもしれないがバッテリーが完全になくなっていたようだ。 バッテリーにダメージが入っていないか不安ではある。 これを除けば認証は早く、使用に問題はないように思う。 ただし、なぜかbluetoothを使用したペアリングができない。。。

購入後、何度試してもBLEペアリングができず悩んでいましたが、一度USBにて登録し、指紋を追加した後にBLEペアリングを行うと接続することができました。 BLEペアリングの際、指紋認証パッドに指を載せておくことが重要です。
