I really love this product, taste is awesome 👌. I am trying to cut on my coffee / caffeine intake and this one is the best alternative for me that doesn't have a lot of sugar. This is my 3rd purchase and was so disappointed due to the moment I opened the Amazon packaging, I can tell that there is damaged sachet inside the box. I can see the powder all over the box inside a plastic cover. The box is perfectly fine but is covered with powder. Obviously the damage is not from shipping but prior to picking product for shipment it could have been caught and should have been moved to a damaged bin right away instead of shipping it to customer. And now I have to repackage to return????? What a hassle!!!!! And yes, I have to clean the spilled powder on the table as well

I add more chocolate powder and it’s perfect! It’s too sweet for me. But if I add more choco powder ( I use Ghirardelli) yum!
