Coolaroo 473105 Ready to Hang Shade Sail, Steel

We originally purchased our pergola from ALDIS but the cover ended up getting ready bad dry rot ect from storms. My aunt suggested this one and I don’t regret it. Fits perfectly. Easy installation. Not as much shade cover as our last one but I actually like it not being completely blacked out for the sake of my plants that still need sunlight. Super durable. Good value and appearance! Does well with repelling rain ect. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a replacement or just one of these sails in general!

We have not used the shade sail yet but will this summer. It seems very well made and we have other Coolaroo products that we have been using for years. We love the roll down shades. They work excellent!

Great shade without blocking the view

I was surprised atthe long thick outdoor-quality ropes that came already attached through the corner loops. I use Coolaroo blinds for years - AZ Valley of the Sun (Maricopa County) has similar weather to the Australian outback, Coolaroo originated in Australia, so it makes sense that they'd understand what works with strong sun, monsoon winds and occasional hard rain and maybe hail. BRILLIANT.

I very much like the fabric itself; it seems hardy, uniform, stitches are well-done, and the color is uniform. I also like the ropes on the corners -- they're plenty long, splices and corner reinforcements look strong. I only marked 4 stars instead of 5, because it just arrived so I might be premature with my review. After looking at multiple variations of the product, I did expect this one to have edge grommets & elastic ball tie-downs... but that was MY mistake -- the description of this model clearly does not show those features -- they are on other models. The price is excellent for the quality. I must say I am impressed with Coolaroo!
