The quality is good The most effective benefit for me is that it can be stored standing it saves space

I did not like this product. It lacks an on/off switch and fails to provide any information about the toxicity or safety of the non-stick plates. Even after months of use, the unpleasant smell of metal and plastics has not dissipated.

Very good and high quality product and it works perfectly as it is supposed to be working.

Excellent, my wife loves it

Pros: fits 4 full sized toast bread pieces, plates are easy to take off, and to clean. Cons: not for grilling as advertised as even with the claimed 1,300 Watts and the griller closed to trap the heat, it struggles to grill anything. Grills were burnt on the outside, but not cooked on the inside after leaving them for a prolonged period of time, opted to grill using a skillet and use this disappointing product as a sandwich maker only.

I actually have the same sandwich maker but the 3 in 1 but forgot it at the summer cabin so needed to buy another. Obviously the main difference is this doesn’t do waffles. This is also bigger as you can make 4 sandwiches at the same time so you can imagine size. The pros it’s well built looks good simple to use and clean. The only negative is size as it takes up storage space. I recommend but if could turn back the clock would have opted for the smaller one. As for price it’s pricy compared to others but you get what you pay for. Finally it was delivered on time and box in good condition.
