Can you wear make up over it?

No. It is far too thick for to be worn under or over makeup. Wearing this under makeup would cause your makeup to ball up unevenly on your face and wearing it over makeup would smear your makeup since the cream is so thick. However, it does work wonderfully. This is for use at night time after you have removed your makeup and cleaned your face. You will want to wash your face in the AM due to the thickness of this cream.

This is a cream, so you put in on after as a moisturizer. Serum, then this, then oil

Do you put this product over or under moisturizer with spf? thank you!

I use at night with a routine of oils. I reapply each morning under moisturizer with spf. I am 62 and people now comment about my glowing gorgeous complexion. Which feels really great!!!
