I purchased this for my 5 month old grandson and, while I knew it would be a good quality product, it far exceeded my expectations. The best part about it is that the child can use their hands to play (they don't need the stick) and it is very sensitive to touch which is great for a very young child developing their hand-eye coordination. It also has pre-programmed melodies that can be played with the push of a button. There is a space on the back of the xylophone where the stick is stored when it is not being used. All in all, an excellent product that I would highly recommend.
