This is a great fryer, worked really well and you can fry quite a bit. Clean up isn't bad, has an oil spout at the bottom as you can see in the pic. Spout sits behind the temperature control which slides right off when lifted upwards. Only downside is the magnetically attached electrical outlet also shown in the pic. I understand this is for 100% safety reasons. If the fryer plug in (magnet) is on to much of an angle to the outlet it can easily disconnect. So keep an eye on that. Other than that I absolutely give this a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review

This is my 2nd Masterbuilt Fryer. I love everything about it. Not only can I fry my turkey but if I'm frying chicken or fish for a large crowd this fryer to the rescue. I make large batches of food in less time with this fryer. I like the fact it has a spout to drain the oil although it does not completely drain it. The inner portion does come out for easy clean once the oil has been drained.

I bought this as a gift for my sister for Christmas. When she set it up, the machine worked and then it stopped working. So their Christmas dinner was spoiled because the turkey cooked half way. I need to send it back pleas send me a label and a refund when you receive the item. We have had a lot of family issues and this is why I am just getting to pending items. Thank you. Alma

Frys a turkey beautifully. Quick, no mess. Wonderful addition to your cookware. Bought 3 for my sons for Christmas and had to return them all. They had already bought them for each other!!!

I took a chance on this fryer and I had been using the outdoor fryer for years but I must say it was easy to use, and so easy to clean. I had a 12.68lb turkey and put oil to the max line but the oil did not cover the breast so I had to cook the turkey then flip it upside down so the breast can cook. That was challenging but it worked. I suggest a 10 to 11lb turkey and maybe slightly more oil. Everyone loved it!

I have done 2 turkey frys. first was a 10 1/4 lb for Christmas. cooked in 50 minutes. last night I did a 14.1 lb turkey. I had to turn it upside down and cram it in the basket. took an hour. it came out great. I have come to the conclusion that it is unhealthy to cook at elevated temperatures with unsaturated fats. So, I bought 2 gallons of coconut oil for about 50 bucks. No coconut smell or taste. I had to melt it in a pan of water to get it to pour.

Great investment , I love it and cooks turkey and chicken perfectly
