NineDartOut.us Black Fit Shaft Gear - Normal Spinning

I’ve played quite a bit with these and the carbon fiber shafts. On carpet or a large mat, both are fine. On hard floors I’ve broken 6 carbon fiber shafts and 0 of these plastic ones. I bought 4 sets of these plastic ones thinking they were going to break. Not a single break yet. Great shafts.

These were more perfectly straight than the other brand but are shiny black vs flat charcoal black. The fit flight spinning system is the best in IMO. They are not cheap by cost comparison so you better be really into darts. They make titanium shafts which are even pricier but are not compatible with my Black Widow moveable point darts so I stuck with carbon. I love these.

UPDATE - different set of Fit Flight Shafts. Well, this sucks! Bought a longer set of shafts. Had them on the barrels for 5 days...threw them maybe 30-40 times. Then just before a virtual game of darts, I threw a dart right next to one already in the board and the threaded nub sheared right off. I first thought it was just the flight, but nope...the while shaft and the flight. Of course, the threaded nub was still in the barrel stuck in the board. No mistreatment...no bounce out. Just flight on flight impact. Pretty disappointed. . They are too expensive to have a failure of this kind. I would understand if it broke in a bounce out. I guess I am done with nylon shafts. Previous comment - When you take these shafts out of the package that is labeled "spinning", you expect the shaft to spin: it doesn't. When paired with the Fit-Flight flights, the flight will spin freely on the shaft. I haven't thrown with them yet...but will be this weekend. I'll update if there's a problem...

I wanted to try a longer dart and I was happy with my purchase.

Great concept and darts fly great but when the plastic shafts break its a the flight not at the dart barrel. The issue is that the plastic is in the flight and to remove it you have to almost destroy the flight. I switch to the Duraluminum and that solves the issue of shafts and flight damage that's your best bet 4 times the price but worth it

It was a great replacement for the one that I broke so now I have two extras should I break another one works great thanks

These are amazing. Since trying them, I will never return to standard shafts and flights.

two of these broke within the first 10 minutes of league play. it left me struggling to put together a complete set of darts to finish the match. the 3rd broke a week later during the next match. I would say the quality is lacking a bit on the manufacturers side. I wouldn't buy these again. I switched to the carbon shafts to see if they faired any better. so far no problems there.
