I ordered this for my 2013 Ford F-150 STX 5.0 for the reverse lights. They are a direct fitment, they fit perfectly inside the housing. Installation took a few seconds. They are very bright and the light output is even. They are good quality and have zero flashing. 10/10 recommend

They work really well in my 2012 Titan. At least twice as bright as my original lights and a much whiter light which I prefer. Before buying them, I read some reviews about them being too tight. They do fit tightly in the socket, but at least they won't fall out. I also read reviews about having to put them in the right way (polarity) so I tried each way and in my truck it made no difference. They are nice and bright each way. Very happy I bought these.
