Herb Pharm 0619817 Ho Shou Wu Liquid Herbal Extract Extract - 1 fl oz

I ordered without too much research or expectation. I wanted to see if I could get healthier hair, ease of my joints since I run at age 46 and improved energy/overall feel better since I work long hours. Also, I fight shingles and no longer wanted to take Rx because of long term side effects. I'm astounded by the change I feel after a month. The only change in my life is addition to this product. I attribute the energy, less body stiffness, happier outlook which sounds strange, but I feel more positive overall and my hair dresser said she thinks the crown of my head looks better than ever growing in. I had been using all kinds of topical treatment for aging/thinning hair. I will look deeper into this herb mix...but, I just ordered 2 more bottles. Everyone has different body chemistry, but this works for me. I used 2 droppers in the morning in 6 oz water daily and if I remembered, 2 droppers in evening too.

mixed it in spray bottle with water, just a little and spray it on my hair and head. I notice something happening .. something good. not sure about the grey as I have just a little bit but feels good.

I got off birth control after 7 years and went from clear skin to terribly hormonal acne around my chin. I heard Ho Shou Wu helped balance hormones especially adrogens and I am guessing it did because my skin is perfectly clear. Right before my period i may have one or two spot break outs but for 3 days tops. I am also taking probiotics and DIM so I am sure those are helping as well. I definitely love this product though and the liquid is impossible to find at a store. I just wish it wasn't so expensive because one little bottle goes fast

A reasonably priced, reliable Fo-Ti extract.

I have taken this and helps with my fibromyalgia pain. Fibromyalgia is some nasty stuff that I think I got when I had walking pneumonia and didn't get help because I hate and don't trust doctors and now I'm paying the price. Someone recommended this stuff and I take a dropper full in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. Works pretty well and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it will continue because I try a lot of stuff and it works for a while then fizzles out and I feel crummy and tired again. Will keep you posted.
