I have loosely wavy hair (1c/2a). My hair is medium-fine strands as well as density. I’m not sure of my porosity but I think it’s medium-high. This is my favorite curly/wavy hair styler I’ve tried!! It makes my waves come alive and doesn’t feel sticky at all if I don’t use too much. Very easy application experience as well, and I like that the smell isn’t overpowering. The most unexpected effect of this mousse is how shiny and soft it makes my hair! Other products I’ve tried have made it sticky heavy and dull but this stuff must really have some nourishing ingredients. Here’s how I use it: first, wash and condition. I squeeze water out of my hair with my hands, spray it all-over with my leave-in, detangle with a wide comb, and use a t-shirt to squeeze even more water out. Then I gently distribute 1.5-2 pumps of this mousse all throughout my hair with my fingers and palms. Then I get about 1 more pump and start scrunching my waves. (my hair comes to the top of my shoulders. I used a little more mousse when my hair was longer)

Love this. It can give you the crunchy curl or you can brush it out and have a beautiful controlled wave. I use it also for my toddler when I style their hair it hold well through the time I need while staying relaxed enough that they don’t pull at it. Their hair remains soft and moveable without feeling stiff or heavy from the product. The smell is nice and the pump give you plenty of soft foam to work with your hair. Once it begins to dry it can become quite sticky. But once it fully dries it is no longer sticky.

This product smells super good and coconut like! I will say that the overall quality of this product is great for being all natural and still acting as a mousse agent for your hair. With that, this product does react to my hair differently depending on where I am (like air humidity) it worked great up in the northern states, but once I came to Texas it reacted completely different lol.

Such a good mousse!! I've been working on figuring out how to treat my curls, and it's been hit or miss until I found this product. Here are the... PROS: 1. It literally smells so good, for DAYS. Any person with curly hair knows you don't wash your hair every day, but sometimes you want that good "freshly washed" smell even on day 3. This really does that. It's not "perfumey" or over the top, it's just really good smelling. 2. It really, actually works. It doesn't make my hair crunchy or stringy once it's dry and scrunched out, instead it leaves behind soft, gentle curls. I can run my hands through my hair after using this and the curls maintain their shape. 3. It enhances shine and keeps away frizz. 4. It doesn't build up and cause heavy, dull hair. 5. It's so much cheaper than the comparable brands. CONS: I really don't have any. The bottle is pretty and spill proof, you don't have to use too much of it so it lasts a good while, it's easy to wash out.....there are no cons yet. I will update this if there are! Sticky to hands

I'm actually surprised on how well this works for my 4 year old!! She has natural curls but I could never define them and her hair is always frizzy and crazy, lacking volume :( I bought this hoping it would help and it transformed her hair! I was shocked on how much volume it added! This picture is 3 days after putting it in hair mind you. After her bath, I brushed her hair while it was still wet, and then I applied 1-2 pumps root to ends. (It smells like coconut it's such a lovely scent) I scrunched her hair all over and once it fully dried it looked beautiful. The next day her hair looked like she was playing with the animals at the zoo so I had to brush it to get the tangles out. (Conair wet/dry detailing brush starting at bottom) Always brush it when it's wet! I used a spray bottle. It actually brushed out nicely. And then I used half a pump to help define it again and scrunched it while still wet. Curls came right back. Next day looks like she had another visit with the animals so I wet hair, brushed, and I did not add any more product I just scrunched it and the picture was the result. I don't know if more product would make it better or worse 3rd time around so i played it safe. Still looks good. I don't ever write reviews but I felt this was worthy of one.

I honestly can’t stress this enough, this is the best purchase I’ve made and for good reason. The volume it gives my hair after I wash it makes it shiny and voluminous when I style it, the product doesn’t make my hair greasy nor dense, it’s light and fluffy that makes the curls bounce back to life. I love the fact that it’s worth the purchase for your curly hair styles that will make you look like a goddess! Quality of the product is at it’s best and I’ve never had any issues with packaging or the product itself, I shall be purchasing a lot of these the next time I get my hands on them. They are a great deal and is cheaper then your local store like Walmart and Safeway. The washability of my hair with it in, made the curls bounce more with the volume it held in my hair. Size is perfect when a small amount goes a long way! Hope this helps with your hair as it did with mine! ❤️👩‍🦰

If you have fine 3C/4A curls, I promise you, this will be your best friend! Combined with only one other product and nothing more...Maui Moisture Curl Quench! These two together make your curls POP and look amazing as well as moisturized. I had this mousse for a few months before using. What a pleasant surprise! My curls have never looked so good, with just 2 products. No gels, no leave-ins, just curl quench and this mousse. Try it! Apply it to wet hair (preferably soaking wet), you will not be disappointed!

Arrived very quickly. Well packaged. It’s the first time I’ve used this product. I’ve got type 2a hair and it makes my hair curly! It smells nice too. Will be buying again!

Love how it kept its promise, of maintaining curls for dry hair and say it off @nikkinelms IG. Unfortunately as shown in the pic, packaging didn’t travel well and half the bottle got lieaked while in transit. Can I suggest the brand taping the pink boxed area to prevent any leakage during delivery?
