I love these inserts. They improve circulation so feet are less tired and the magnets really combat any pain in your feet.

I bought a pair of Nikken magnetic soles around 1997. They started falling apart in 2023. Another pair should last me the rest of my life. Eliminated ankle and knee pain as well as shin splints. Noticed the benefits within a month.

I blow glass and lose track of time when I am immersed in melting, and am standing for many hours at a time with very little movement sometimes. My feet would be sore and tender to the touch, painful to walk on the hard wood floors in the house. After putting these in my shoes, my feet did not hurt, I hit the hard wood floor and didn't even notice for a few minutes. Feet didn't hurt at ALL. AMAZING product.

I had the MagStrides for a few years now. They eventually broke into several pieces, pretty much disintegrating. I could easily see and feel how superior the construction of the mStrides was. I could, almost immediately, feel the the difference in the magnetic potential in my feet and knees. Not long beyond this point, I realized that the rest of my body was feeling a sizeable improvement. The ache in my back, shoulders and neck was quickly going away. Considering the fact, that the MagStrides pretty much put my Fibromyalgia into remission, these past 14 years. I am very excited to see just how much the mStrides benefit me!
