Works great! My husband had a cyst on his eye and we couldn’t get any medical attention for 2 days. We were able to control the pain and swelling with quality eye drops and using this 3 times a day. Easy to clean, soft, retains heat for an effective amount of time.

I developed severely dry eyes (especially at night) and I use this right before bed. It helps my eyes from getting as dry overnight, which leads to me getting a better night's sleep without waking up as frequently to put eye drops in. Overall it's good. Works as intended but after just a few weeks of use is getting pilled, maybe because I keep it under my pillow sometimes.

It's easy and comfortable to use.
