This is a MEDICAL grade manuka honey to be used topically only. I had a stubborn wound on my leg that was taking long to heal using Polysporin (which is excellent), so I switched to Medical Manuka Honey which healed the wound in a couple of weeks. It's even good to use on your pets if they have wounds. It doesn't help itching. Cortisone is for itch.

This product healed my open leg wound in 45 days!!!! Cleaned and treated wound dressing every three days. This is truly GOD'S Medicine! Only bad thing is it isn't resealable, no cap to reseal it, one time use.

My 101 year old dad had 2 injuries on his legs and they would not seem to dry out no matter all of my efforts. I used this Activon Manuka Honey Gel and left it covered for 3 days and then repeated that for 2 more times and it dried it out and it is healed. It did not burn him nor did the cover on the tube give me a problem like some have said. I applied it with a q tip and by 2 weeks, all healed and naturally. This deserves a five star for sure!

The product is wonderful and really helps to heal non serious wounds. But the bottle could be improved. I don't love the way it doesn't close securely, it would be hard to travel with. But it's great for at home.

As others have said the tube doesn't seem to be holding as much as it could. However, you don't really need a lot per application and the honey is almost miraculous! Visible results after just a couple of applications. I used it on 2 sizable incisions where they had to put in plate and various hardware for a pretty bad broken ankle. I'm pretty pleased with my purchase and will be buying another tube right now.

When my doctor first gave me a tube of medical honey I thought he was crazy, but it healed me up so fast and painlessly I now just have the honey around for regular cuts, its so much better than antibiotic ointment

for the price its good, easy to apply, fair price,helped wound to heal sooner than other brands

Way too thin and runny to put into a wound. Other brands have a toothpaste consistency that will stay where you place it until you put a bandage on top. This stuff just runs like water. Also the tube is as cheap as you can make it and the cap is a hunk of plastic that basically will fall off it you look at it the wrong way. Smells like honey and may work great. Just not the best horse in the show so far...
